If there is one universal problem that all parents share it is trying to keep their kids and themselves organized. The biggest problem is usually that there just isn't enough space to keep all of the toys, clothes, and books in. Another great option is a Mates bed. The Mate's bed is very similar to a Captains bed. The main difference is that a Mates bed has a more traditional headboard without the shelves but still has the under-bed storage drawers and optional trundle bed. These beds are great because they are a little smaller than a Captains bed allowing them to fit into a smaller space but still make use of the available space under the bed.
Bunk beds are always a popular choice when you have two kids sharing one bedroom. By using a bunk bed you are saving a ton of floor space that can be used for desks, bookcases, or dressers. This means that you can be sure to have plenty of space for all of that stuff that typically ends up all over the floor. There are also some great bunk beds that have desks or futons in place of the lower bunk. These allow parents of a single child to still save space in a small room.
